This last weekend had to be the perfect weekend.  While I love snow and snowboarding it’s even better when it primarily hits the mountains.  This last weekend Utah got the perfect storm.  In roughly 48 hours I got about 6 inches of snow at my house in Salt Lake City. That’s not the perfect part, in the same amount of time Brighton Resort got 48 inches, 48 inches in just 48 hours!  That’s four feet of snow!  That’s the perfect part, a fair amount at my house a “Monster Dump” at the resorts. 

This storm was not isolated to Brighton Resort.  Solitude received 46 inches, Snowbird 44, Alta 39,  KSL, a local news station, is reporting 28 inches at Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, and The Canyons.  However, my co-workers and family who live in Park City say otherwise, I’ve heard as much as 3 feet!
